MOLAARK currently delivers orders exclusively within the United Arab Emirates and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We do not offer shipping to any other countries or regions at this time.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- United Arab Emirates: 3–5 business days
- Saudi Arabia: 4–7 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on the customer’s location, product availability, peak seasons, or unforeseen logistical delays.
Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and clearly displayed before order confirmation. Any applicable delivery charges will be shown to the customer prior to completing the purchase.

Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order, provided that:
- The product is unused and in its original condition
- The product is returned in its original packaging with all accessories
- Proof of purchase is provided
Returns requested after 7 days of delivery may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items

- Personal care, beauty, or hygiene products that have been opened
- Products returned without original packaging or accessories
Damaged or Incorrect Items
